We began with eleven pilgrims from our own community. No office, only a promise that every naira would be accounted for and every person met at the airport.
Since
They sent their families.
That group came home safely and returned the following year with their brothers, their neighbours and their children.
Now
Nothing important has changed.
We still process the visas ourselves, still travel with the group, and still put the price in writing before anyone pays.
